RogerEbert.com — Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse
I can’t get over what a complete blast of creative joy the animated “Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse” is, and I can’t wait to see it again to catch all the details and jokes I missed the first time around. There’s so much going on in a gorgeously trippy, dreamlike way, it’s impossible to catch it all in a single viewing. Thankfully, Nicolas is psyched to see it again, too. My rave, at RogerEbert.com.
This movie was fantastic. Happened to be showing at a nearby theater this weekend so I went and the theater was packed. I love seeing things I’ve never seen before, and this definitely was that. Also just fun and made me laugh. Even teared up a bit a few times. The Stan Lee cameo and quote gave me all the feels.
