Set in a foster-care center for troubled teens, the indie drama “Short Term 12” could have been painfully mawkish. Instead, it’s powerful in its understatement. I loved reviewing this small gem for RogerEbert.com.
Great review. Interesting story about at risk teens. My kids, who are social workers, have worked with foster care youth for many years. Not an easy journey for kids who don’t have parents looking out for them. Must see this flick. Thanks for the review.
